While Amy was home we were able to go to dinner with some other friends of ours that we have known since elementary school. Melinda Brown and Mary K. Rivers (Williams) were girls that we went to school with since we were Browning Pearce Bears together. We went to each others birthday parties and many sleepovers together. After school we lost touch but now with everyone being on Facebook and My Space we found each other again and were able to catch up. I was able to see Melinda at my 10 year high school reunion in June 2007. Then I seen Mary K. in October 2008 at her baby shower. Now it worked out that we were all going to be in town at the same time over the holidays and we were able to have dinner.
It was nice to get together face to face and catch up after so long. Everyone seems to be happy and doing fun things with their lives.
